look up three finger tap doesn't work in “Preview”

Hi,

after upgrading to macOS Sierra, the "Look up with three finger tap" (to use dictionary) doesn't work in Preview (but works fine in Safari, iBook etc).

Is there anyone facing the same problem?

My machine is —

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

Also, previously in the Trackpad settings there were visual presentations (like using fingers & hands) to show how a specific setting works. But in macOS Sierra visual presentation is gone and there is a still-picture (showing a boy eating something while standing in a relaxed mood 😮😕) on every settings, for example:

Is there anyone facing this problem too?

I have the same problem in browser.
It seems it was not fixed in next update 🙂 today is 9th of March, so it is 166 days no fix 🙂

Also I could not "sign in" here from Chrome, it was just white form instead of login, look at screenshot: User uploaded file

as I can see, screenshot is showing in editor, but not showing in comment 😀

and also no button save in edit mode 😀
found it on the bottom of the page after few scrolls down

By "the same problem" do you mean the three-finger tap problem?

This seems to be something specific to your system, so waiting for an update to fix it is bound to end in disappointment. Three-finger tapping works for most users, it works fine for me in Preview, Safari, and elsewhere.

The Save Button when you do an Edit to your post goes all the way down, after the post you were replying to. This is bad design but it has to do with how these forum pages work. It has nothing to do with Sierra.

About your Chrome problem: I don't usually use Chrome, but I fired it up, and had no trouble login in to this forum...

All of these suggest that there are problems specific to your system. I recommend you start a new thread, give specific details about your system. The best way is to run Etrecheck and post its report. It will give a description of what your mac is and what software it is running. This often helps figure out the "bad guys" - old software, antivirus, incompatible software, "cleaners"....
